AHSA is a group of skateboarders, BMX'ers, parents and supporters who are committed to developing a municipally-owned, world-class concrete skateboard park in the Antigonish area. If you support this goal, please
join AHSA!!
Aims and Objectives
The skatepark will provide a safe and challenging venue for skateboarding, biking and similar action sports in Antigonish. Benefits of a skatepark
AHSA is a non-profit Nova Scotia society*, incorporated in 2002. AHSA's Board of Directors is made up of youth and adults. As of Nov 2, 2007, AHSA has 160+ members, consisting of skateboarders, bikers and skatepark supporters.
AHSA promotes youth development and provides volunteer opportunities for all ages, e.g. community fundraising, Highland Games parade (2006, 2007), Lions highway cleanup, bus trips. Board meets the first Monday of each month, youth meetings held as needed. Everyone welcome. Learn more
