How noisy is the skatepark likely to be?

Noise estimates for proposed skatepark, Appleseed Drive [view map]
Distance from the proposed site of the skatepark to Beaver Brook Trailer Court and to the nearest house to the southwest is about 300 feet.
Distance from the proposed site to the Antigonish Education Centre and nearest house to the north is about 200 feet.
The graph shows:
1. Noise level of skatepark is estimated to be about 80 decibels, which is the same level as noise made by screaming kids in a school cafeteria
2. Noise from skatepark heard 200-300 feet away is estimated to be about 25-30 decibels, or less than the noise level of a quiet whisper heard one meter away.
