PETITION TO SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN ANTIGONISH AREA SKATEPARK
We, the undersigned, as citizens of the Town or County of Antigonish, support the development of a professionally designed concrete Skatepark within the Antigonish area, constructed with a combination of community fundraising and public funding.
We recognize the need for and benefits of a Skatepark, and support its construction and maintenance in the manner of similar public recreational facilities such as tennis courts, baseball diamonds, soccer fields, playgrounds and other general public use areas.

--Guysborough, Pictou County, Cape Breton, Halifax area, Annapolis Valley, Yarmouth, NB, PEI, Ontario, Saskatchewan, BC, Alberta, Maine, Massachusetts, Washington, New Jersey, New York, Germany and Scotland

Pro-rating the 1,087 local signatures (as per the current population distribution of 25% Town and 75% County), yields the following results:
272 signatures from the Town
815 signatures from the County
